We manufacture high-tech casting moulds and CNC machines with various types of finish. State-of-the-art 5-axis milling machines allow us to ensure we deliver high-quality moulds in a short time, starting with a CNC milled block. The direct collaboration with our in-house foundry and the continuous research of special alloys guarantee a high-quality standard on casting moulds.

2 Carbon fibre
We offer a complete service for the development of models, moulds and control templates for the composites and carbon fibre sector.
We follow the client from the co-design up to the final designing of the models/moulds for traditional autoclave lamination or for compression moulding.
Our main goal is to make the final product lighter while improving the mechanical characteristics.

We specialise in the manufacturing of large-scale aluminium moulds, and we offer various types of moulds: smc, rim, rtm, telene, for the motorcycle, automotive, medical and design sectors.

4 Rigid polyurethane
Some ambitious projects have led us to develop a special expertise in the manufacturing of moulds created from aluminium blocks or castings for polyurethane resins and composites for many sectors.
This technology offers high mechanical and thermal performance, and good design versatility. Rigid polyurethane ensures resistant and easy-to-pain external surfaces, high precision, and durability. Moreover, it allows you to add inserts directly into the mould and it grants stability when exposed to temperature changes.

We manufacture scale mould prototypes and moulds for feasibility studies and simulations upon request.

6 Thermoforming
Among the types of moulds we develop, thermoforming moulds have a special role. We manufacture them in resin, wood and block or casting aluminium, thermoformed with a complete system for moulding.
Thermoforming makes it possible to mould extremely thin components.
