We produce hi-tech casting moulds and fon CNC machines with a wide range of different types of finish. New-generation 5-axis milling machines enable us to guarantee the quick supply of high quality moulds starting from a CNC milled block. Direct collaboration with internal foundry and on-going research into special alloys guarantees a high standard of quality on casting moulds.
2 Carbon Fiber
We offer a complete service in the development of models, dies and control templates for the composite and carbon fiber sector.
We follow the customer from co-design to the final design of the models/moulds for
lamination in traditional autoclave or for pressing in press.
Our main objective is to lighten the finished product while improving the mechanical characteristics.
We manufacture moulds for carbon fibre for the automotive, aerospace, motorbike and design sectors. Why choose carbon fiber? Excellent mechanical resistance, low density, thermal insulation capacity, resistance to temperature changes and against the effect of chemical agents, together with good fire-proofing properties.
3 Thermoplastic and RTM
We are specialized in the machining of large aluminum molds and we offer various types of molds: smc, rim, rtm, telene, for motorcycle, automotive, medical and design sectors.
4 Rigid polyurethane
Some ambitious projects have led us to develop a particular expertise in the production of moulds, drawn from blocks of aluminium or from castings, to be subsequently sed with polyurethane resins and composites for various sectors: Design,
Automotive and Industrial. This technology offers excellent mechanical and thermal performances and a good designing and planning versatility. Rigid polyurethane ensures resistant and easy to paint outer surfaces, extreme precision, durability through time, possibility to include inserts directly into the mould and stability against temperature changes.
We manufacture, on demand, mould prototypes in scale, for feasibility study and simulation.
Tra le tipologie di stampi sviluppate, gli stampi per termoformatura assumono un ruolo particolare. Li realizziamo in resina, legno e alluminio da blocco o di fusione, termostatati con impianto completo per lostampaggio.
La termoformatura permette di stampare componenti estremamente sottili.
