An innovative project always starts with research and study: choosing among the various plastic injection technologies was the key to face this challenge successfully.

We studied and tested the most common composite materials, including fibreglass in sheets or paste. At the end of this first stage, we undertook a moulding project that merged classic injection with an integrated vacuum-assisted system, preceded by a carbon preform to be used for over-moulding. Through this process, we were able to mass produce the mould, cutting cycle times and overall dimensional tolerance.
